Since making Canada my home in 2007, I've built my career, raised a family, bought a home, and made many of the financial decisions that come with different stages of life.
Along the way, I've also made decisions that seemed right at the time, only to look back years later and wish I had known more or explored other options. Financial information is easy to find—but knowing what applies to you and what makes sense for your situation isn't always so simple.
